Who this is

This site and the LOT 9B release list are run by 2928 Production,
based in France. You can reach me at info@2928production.com.

What I collect

If you join the release list, I collect the email address you enter. That's it.
I don't ask for your name, and I don't buy or append data about you from anywhere else.

Why I collect it

Only to email you about LOT 9B: the launch date, the early-purchase price, and
occasional updates about future releases. I don't send unrelated offers.

Who processes it

- MailerLite stores the list and sends the emails on my behalf, as a data
  processor. Their privacy policy is at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Adobe Portfolio hosts this website. The hosting provider may log standard
  technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page.

Nobody else receives your address. I don't sell, rent or share the list.

Your choices

- Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. It takes effect immediately.
- You can email me at info@2928production.com to ask what I hold about you, correct it, or
  have it deleted. I'll respond within 30 days.
- If you're in the EU or UK, you can object to processing or ask for a copy of your
  data in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to your local data
  protection authority.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete you. If the list goes quiet for more than
two years, I'll remove inactive addresses.

By submitting the signup form, you agree to receive the emails described above.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing me.

Cookies

This site is built on Adobe Portfolio. I don't add tracking cookies myself. The
hosting platform and the MailerLite signup form may set cookies needed to make the
page and form work.
